I find it so fascinating when Indian home remedies become main-stream. A perfect example is turmeric milk, or haldi ka doodh as I knew it while growing up. I used to cringe at the sound of it. Whenever I had a cold my mom would make me drink turmeric milk and I would plug my nose and chug it like medicine. Now here I am drinking it BY CHOICE on a relaxing Monday night. I have adapted this recipe from the blog Nutrition Stripped.

CURRENTLY in LOS ANGELES, CA. After a very hot and long first day in Nice, we took a walk down Promenade des Anglais and realized that the clear blue skies. Which greeted us on our arrival turned into the most beautiful warm pink color, which reflected perfectly all over the town.
